We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on Personal Data Processing.
2. What Personal Data We Process
- Identification and contact data: name and surname, e-mail, phone number, and, where applicable, company name, company ID and billing address.
- Order data: the ordered service, the URL of your website, and the content of our communication.
- Payment data: information about the payment made (not payment card numbers – these are processed exclusively by the Stripe payment gateway).
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and website usage data via cookies (see our Cookie Policy for details).

You may object to processing for direct marketing purposes and unsubscribe at any time (via the link in each e-mail or by writing to info@webaudity.cz).
4. Recipients of Personal Data
We share your personal data only to the extent necessary with the following categories of recipients:
- Stripe, Inc. / Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. – online payment processing,
- Google Ireland Ltd. – analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager) – only based on your cookie consent,
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. – advertising tools (Meta Pixel) – only based on your cookie consent,
- our web hosting and e-mail service providers,
- external accountants and tax advisors,
- public authorities where required by law.
5. Transfers to Third Countries
Some of the above providers (Stripe, Google, Meta) may also process data on servers in the USA. Such transfers are based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision (EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses under Art. 46 GDPR.
6. Your Rights
In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:
- access your personal data,
- rectification of inaccurate data,
- erasure (“right to be forgotten”) where the purpose of processing has ceased,
- restriction of processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest (including direct marketing),
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent (withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal),
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.gov.cz.

7. Automated Decision-Making
We do not carry out automated individual decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
8. Security
We have adopted appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure personal data, in particular encrypted communication (HTTPS), restricted access to data and securing the devices on which the data are processed.
